Please be aware that access to certain areas of this Site is limited to registered users. To upload pictures to the Share your Pictures Photo Collections you must register first. All information gathered upon registration is for internal use only and will be managed in accordance to no personal data will be sold or transferred our Privacy Policy. Your picture contributions (“Images”) are subject to the rules outlined in the section User Contributions. You are solely responsible for the Images You upload. Submissions to this Site, except as provided by law, are subject to our privacy and data protection policy (Privacy Policy). You hereby certify that you have all right, title, interest to the Images and that you are authorized to provide and give to the AFS Foundation these Images. The AFS Foundation reserves the right to monitor submission, transmission to and through this Site, including, but not restricted to the photo galleries and any forum or similar Site features. You acknowledge that no obligation of any kind shall be attached to such information and that, by submitting or transmitting such information, no confidential, contractually implied or other relationship is created between you and the AFS Foundation.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss Law without reference to principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute under these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
The AFS Foundation makes no representation that any information, materials or functions included are appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction.
